I’m looking for a program that joins video clips into one big video. It has to be freeware and you don’t have to register or buy it. I want the full program. I am using windows xp and windows movie maker is slow and it crashes.

What video making program can I use to make a video of photos, video clips, and title screens with background music? I don’t want a slideshow, I want to make a creative video with transitions and be able to zoom into and zoom out of photos so I can get a close up view of them. I already tried Windows Movie Maker and I really do not like that program.

Any ideas?
I would prefer free programs please.

Start –> All Programs –> Windows Movie Maker If you can’t find it there, look in add and remove programs and see if you actually have it on your computer.

Okay, so I transferred a picture from my camera onto Windows Movie Maker. I drag the picture onto the storyboard and an X appears. And when I view the movie the part where the picture is is just black!!! How can I get my picture to show up! Please help!!??

check the format of the picture.

I can import my dazzle recordings to windows movie maker, but when I click play it just shows a blank screen. So I looked up some codecs and there are thousands of them. How do I know which one is the right one? And compatable with Vista so it doesn’t create viruses and constant spamming. And free to download, I am not fond of pricy online downloads. Please give me more than “idk look it up on google.” If you could give me a link that would be very helpful.
