Ok, I downloaded some software onto my computer, and now it doesn’t run as fast as it did before. What program could I use to clean it out. And this program has to be 100% free. I don’t want to have to pay for it. What program could I use?
I’m trying to get rid of viruses and issues not prevent them.

I need something that is free and reliable, and is easy to download. It needs to be easy to work for people who have never cut music before and the program can’t cause viruses or cookies. The program needs to be healthy for my computer. And, if possible, is there a way to cut and mix music on iTunes?

I recently had my computer scanned and cleaned up after several viruses and spyware were found. However there are still a few programs that do not work.. For example, I have Windows and under the control panel you can go and change your backgroud but when I try to do this it comes up with a box that says program disabled.
