Protect Your Computer: How to Uninstall Malware
Is your computer having some slow times? Does it not run as fast as it used to? Do you worry your private information might have been taken from your hard drive? Could you be defenseless every time you enter your account information on your computer? If these are your fears, you might have a big problem. You might have malicious programs known as spyware or malware infesting your computer. If you do have malware, then how do you remove it? Here are some strategies on how to uninstall malware and keep your computer safe and sound.
In the first place, it is a great idea to know what malware is so you can better identify it if your computer becomes infected. These harmful programs are any kind of software that leads to harm to your PC. They can cause your system to run slower and can do things such as sending spam mail to other people from your email address. The most extreme threat they pose is stealing private data. They can take credit card and bank account details, along with your passwords.
How do these programs end up on your computer? They are normally picked up while browsing the internet, and often they self-install when you click on innocent looking links. It is critical that you be alert to any suspicious activities on your computer so that you can get rid of the problem.
The most crucial thing you can do to uninstall malware is to run a virus scan that features a spyware removal program. Doing this will not only identify malicious software it should also remove it. Simply obtain anti virus software, update it to the most recent version, and then scan your system.
Many times these viruses will infest your computer’s operating system. If this occurs, a virus scanner and a spyware removal program will definitely be needed. It should give you information on where the malicious programs are hiding on your computer, what they do, and prompt you to uninstall them from your computer.
An anti virus program might not get everything, however, especially if the malware program is dormant and hiding. The next step for removing these malicious programs is to inspect your computer for programs you never installed. If they installed themselves they’re likely some kind of malware. Remove these programs and you will be much better off. They can slow your computer down and are normally there to cause aggravating pop ups to appear or other types of advertising. If you notice that some strange programs are running then stop their processes immediately. There is no telling what they’re doing.
The next thing you can do is clean up any temporary files on your system. These programs can be concealed pretty much anywhere, and your temporary folders are no exception. Merely by cleaning them out, you may find that your problem is solved. You should delete the temporary files in both your internet folder, also called the cache, and the computer itself.
These are the nuts and bolts of how to uninstall malware. Get rid of programs that are suspicious by running anti virus software or getting rid of them, then clean out your folders, and you should be set. It is essential to the protection of your computer that you do so, so do not take any chances.
Along with a good anti-virus program, a spyware removal program should be a priority to ensure the security of your computer and your personal information. Learn more about protecting your computer from malicious software at How to Remove Spyware.
Why Is My Computer Running Slow? – Use These Tips To Sort Out Your Computer Problems
Whenever I receive phone calls from friends, families and work colleagues, few minutes into the conversation, they pause and ask me this same questions I have had to answer 2000 times in my career “Why Is My system Running Slow?”.
The simplest way to deal with this question is to use an analogy, and my favorite analogy is a car. with car services. If you service a car on a regular basis, you won’t have to worry about problems with the car, and it runs more efficiently.
Same thing applies to our laptop or desktop computer. Over a period of 6 months to 2 years people couldn’t care less about “servicing” their computer. Some of my friends don’t even have anti virus installed on their laptop or PC.
It should be an offence not to have antivirus, anti spyware, or firewall installed on your computer in this day and age.Previously, these malicious software (rootkits, virus, trojans, adwares etc) were developed by script kiddies. They were bored, and most of them just didn’t like Microsoft (I don’t know why – but most likely because Microsoft sells lots of software).
Presently these malicious programs are developed by huge network of criminals for profit. They develop spyware software to spy on you. They use adware to match advertisement to your browsing habit, the more adverts you see and click on, the more money they make. On the other hand if they corrupt your system with a malicious software, they can also sell you another program to remove the software, because only them know how to remove what they installed on your computer.
If you are still asking yourself “why is my computer running slow”, then do yourself a favor, remove all the malicious (rogue) software on your computer, delete all the junk files, fix the computer registry, remove the start up items and maximize the memory use on your computer. Sometimes none of this will work if your computer is very old especially. In that case I suggest you buy a new computer.
If you do not have a clue of how to fix all the computer problems I stated above, I suggest you watch my video tutorials that shows you step by step how to improve the efficiency of any computer system with point and click solutions.

Looking For Antivirus? Read This Kaspersky Antivirus Review and Other Reviews First
Any idea of what the best antivirus software is? The fact of the matter is, whether you like it or not, there is no best antivirus software or program whatsoever. It all depends on your needs. There is one person who says that that program works perfectly for him but you can find somebody who will say it doesn’t work for him or the other way around. That’s why, to determine which anti virus program is really best for you, you can either compare antivirus software first and/or you can try to download and install free trial versions of some anti virus one at a time and try them out. If you think it’s not giving you what you want, you can uninstall it anytime and proceed to other programs until you can find what you are really looking for or what you really need.
Here are some of the antivirus programs that you might want to check out:
Trend Micro Antivirus
A lot of Trend Micro antivirus reviews have been made regarding this program. Some say that it is very convenient to use and it has an affordable price. Most antivirus programs require you a lot of memory and disk space to keep it up and running. Do you think Trend Micro is also like that?
Kaspersky Antivirus
My personal favorite and I think I’m going to make my own Kaspersky Antivirus review. When I bought my PC a year ago, the pre-installed antivirus program was Kaspersky and of course, it was a trial version. I was really very impressed by how Kaspersky and guard your computer from various virus attacks and spy ware. It can automatically run in the background and the thing is, starting up your computer will not be as slow as before. Kaspersky antivirus program eats up little memory and it only requires minimal disk space. When my free trial version’s about to expire, I bought the full version from a store. I have been using some programs before but I find them too “bulky”, slow and some are great memory eaters. Kaspersky is not.
Find Out How Do I Get Rid Of Spyware
If you have been using the internet fairly long enough, you must know that spyware can spell the ultimate death of your computer system. I dread this totally malicious application like the plague, and so I take the necessary steps to protect my system. How do I get rid of spyware?
You don’t have to be an internet guru to get rid of spyware totally. What is essential is that you have common sense because you know, spyware, while always present in certain programs and websites, cannot cause your computer any harm if you don’t let it.
You must have heard of the saying, prevention is better than cure. The same holds true when dealing with spyware. The first step in order to eliminate spyware is to prevent it by not downloading from sites known to be infected with malicious programs. Free sites and P2P file sharing sites are to be avoided at all cost. These sites, though basically free, mine your data by tracking down your website usage. This makes your online presence vulnerable as well.
You need to keep away from toolbars, too, especially those that sound dubious. Many toolbars are also data mining programs, and pieces of information gathered from you as website user are then sold to marketing firms.
Have you seen popup ads offering to scan your computer for free? These are actually a trap, and you are not going to clean your PC of spyware by clicking on them. In fact, what you’ll get in return is a bad spyware infection.
Getting rid of spyware also requires constant updating of your web browser. There is no perfect web browser as you must know. It does not matter whether you use Internet Explorer or Firefox, the thing is the older the version gets, the more it becomes vulnerable to spyware and virus attacks. Your copy of Windows must also be updated on a regular basis. Always check for updates online.
Yes, there are actually so many anti-spyware programs around. However, you need to be very cautious when choosing the one to install on your computer. Many of these programs are spyware applications themselves, so if you do not know how and where to look, you’ll end up with more spyware infections instead of getting rid of them.
