I have a good spyware program but if anyone knows the best one that would be great. It’s really slowing my computer down and some programs won’t even open. Thank you.

I recently had my computer scanned and cleaned up after several viruses and spyware were found. However there are still a few programs that do not work.. For example, I have Windows and under the control panel you can go and change your backgroud but when I try to do this it comes up with a box that says program disabled. Does anyone know how I get these programs back?
