I have tried Mint and found it too complicated and unreliable. Would a spreadsheet like Excel in Microsoft Office suit my needs better? Or Quicken? Or some other freeware product? I have very basic needs and only enter two or three financial transactions a day at best. I don’t need a budget program, just a program that tracks expenses.

I am downloading a Linux Distro. How long should i seed it for? Gnome, I believe. I haven’t decided between Gnome or KDE yet, Though Linux Mint 6

At least as long as you arent done downloading yourself! Remember, the more you upload, the faster you can download… even after you finish your download, do keep seeding for atleast 50 % the size of what you downloaded if its small or 10 % if its large… else trackers will note you as inefficient and doesnt host you good speed… Read this post for more…. http://pcgyaan.wordpress.com/2009/06/27/enter-the-torrents/
