Alright guys. I have no access to a PC so please what can I use?
I was searching the Internet and found people saying XCoder.

Or are u limited to wat u can do?

Answer:
Those two languages are used in a totally different way. Visual basic is mainly used for creating simple GUI applications. That’s all I’ve ever used it for anyways, but it can be used to create complex applications although I don’t see many people use if for that.
