I’ve only done html coding before, but i thought i’d explore the other languages too in the future, and i got my eye on visual basics 2008 right now because it seems easier and it has a design drawing But is it still fairly flexible and lets u do lots of things, nearly as much as c++? Or are u limited to wat u can do?

Answer:
Those two languages are used in a totally different way. Visual basic is mainly used for creating simple GUI applications. That’s all I’ve ever used it for anyways, but it can be used to create complex applications although I don’t see many people use if for that.
