When it popped up and asked "Allow this program to make changes to your computer?" I accidently pressed no. But since I did that, the program no longer works. How can I re-allow it to make changes to my computer. I am running Windows 7, and Macafee Security, (although its expired) . Weird thing is though its using the Macafee Firewall, but it dosent allow me to change what it allows and dosent, as the windows firewall would.

I need a way to control which programs are used on an XP system. I am looking for something besides a firewall. I need to block access to most any program but a few. I mostly need to block Microsoft Office but there are others that I’d like to block too.

I could even create a guest account but I just can’t figure this one out. I’d prefer something that is free.

I already looked on here and found a suggestion to turn off the firewall. I tried that but still got this error code. This update is a security up date and I have Vista. Any ideas?

My computer is running slow and I was wondering what the best program to clean up the computer.Plus who makes the best program for a firewall?
