How do I uninstall a program that had the unistaller deleted?

I installed this program but accidentally the installed files got deleted and I also don’t have the installer file so I can’t reinstall it. Anyway, there’s this record of the installed program in Add/remove programs in the Control Panel. And when I try to uninstall it, it says that it can’t be uninstalled since the uninstaller doesn’t exist. How do I get rid of that "record" thing? Is there some program? I also tried using a registry cleaner and that didn’t work.

Why is my personal computer running so slowly?

Your first experiences spent with your new pc started so well. It used to execute programs with lightening speed. Whereas now it’s very slow! Software take an age to execute. You sometimes question yourself Why is my computer running slow ? You then think you could buy a new personal computer but this should not be the solution. Apart from the additional expenditure, there is absolutely no need to do this and you can instead save your money.

Luckily there is a solution for this problem. I had the identical issue and wrote a web page to document it called http://www.whyismycomputerrunningslow.org This webpage goes into detail about my terrible experiences with my painfully slow desktop computer and shows how I solved the issues simply and inexpensively. It’s definitely worth a try.

There are a number things to do to speed up your desktop computer. A frequent cause of a slow pc is lack of hard disc space. You can simply find more disk space by removing unused files. Another thing to do would be to run a registry cleaner program. These are inexpensive and prove very cost effective.

You must try is to run defragment software on the computer. This will help to improve it’s performance.

After using a desktop computer for a long time you may have installed many applications that you no longer use. These programs can be removed by using Control Panel Add/Remove programs.

Another explanation for a very slow personal computer is the increasing amount of malware found on your computer. The simplest way to delete these is to run an anti-adware application and execute it. Loads of folks found this to work well.

Some computer users discovered that by quickly removing the contents of their recycle bin, it made things run much faster.

All things considered, the most popular solution I have come across is to get your hands on a registry cleaner and let it loose on your computer. This can be carried out easily and at low cost.

how do you disable bsecure, I bought this computer second hand and it already had this installed.?

I don’t like this bsecure thing it blocks everything I want to do on my computer and unfortunatley I don’t who originally installed it and I have no passwords to disable it. Please help me get this off of my computer

Answer:
As stated in the previous 2 answers you should be able to delete this from the control panel/add remove programs. If it still wants to stick around, you can go into REGEDIT & take everything out from there. BUT I caution you about how & what you do here, as these are the registry files of your system. If you require more help with this specific area please feel free to send me a response, because the explanation is rather lengthy.

Please help! iTunes won’t open on my computer!?

I can’t get the program to open or launch at all! – do you have any ideas what might be wrong? thank you! :)

Answer:
In my Windows Vista I can click on control panel, programs, programs and features, right click on itunes. You will get an option to repair. Do this with all other apple related software. Only other thing I can think of would be a reinstall. If you do so Quicktime and itunes run together so uninstall and reinstall both. Hope this helps. Good Luck.

Check your permissions for restricted accounts, might be something with that, I believe that option is in the control panel, and on user accounts or something like that.
